This Privacy Policy explains how Black Hole Galaxy (the “Game”, “we”, “us”), developed by lazaraGames (the “Developer”), handles information when you use our mobile game. By downloading or playing Black Hole Galaxy, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Black Hole Galaxy does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information. We (the Developer) do not ourselves collect or store personal information about you.
However, the Game uses two third-party services that collect certain device and usage data: Google AdMob to deliver and measure advertisements (see Section 4), and GameAnalytics to understand how the Game is played so we can improve it (see Section 5).
The Game saves your progress, settings, high scores, coins, and cosmetic choices locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or to any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the Game.
The Game may use your device’s vibration feature to provide haptic feedback during gameplay. This does not collect or transmit any data.
Black Hole Galaxy shows rewarded video advertisements using Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google. To deliver, personalize, measure, and protect these ads against fraud, AdMob and Google may collect and process certain information, including your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, approximate (non-precise) location derived from that IP address, general device information, and data about your interactions with ads.
Google processes this information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and the “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” page. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
The Game is also distributed through Google Play, which may collect data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
The Game uses GameAnalytics, an analytics service operated by GameAnalytics ApS, to collect anonymous statistics about how the Game is played — for example which levels are started, completed, or failed, session length, in-game (virtual) currency activity, and whether optional rewarded ads are watched. This helps us find problems and improve the Game.
For this purpose, GameAnalytics may collect and process a randomly generated device identifier, your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device model and operating system version, country (derived from IP address), and the gameplay events described above. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you; we never receive your name, contacts, or precise location, and we do not sell your data.
GameAnalytics processes this information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
Black Hole Galaxy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
The Developer does not operate its own servers — your game progress, settings, and coins stay on your device. Any data collected through advertising or analytics is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and is handled by Google and GameAnalytics under their own security and privacy practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
